Fabric Cutting & Packaging

• Orders of 10 yards or less will be cut and folded.
  
• Orders of 11 yards or more will be folded in half and shipped rolled on a cardboard board.
  

Expedited Shipping

• Expedited shipping must be arranged through a customer service representative.
  
• A customer service representative will provide expedited shipping pricing.
  
• Expedited orders will ship only after expedited shipping charges are paid.
  
• Free shipping is not eligible for expedited shipping.
  

Shipping Availability

Carrier Responsibility

• Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, including UPS and USPS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
