At All About Fabrics, we are committed to providing you with the best value for your fabric purchases. That’s why we offer a Price Match Guarantee to ensure you get the lowest price available on fabric sold by registered businesses.

How Our Price Match Guarantee Works

If you find an identical fabric product being sold for a lower price by a registered business or LLC, we will match that price and beat it by 10%. Here’s how you can take advantage of our Price Match Guarantee:

Eligible Sellers

We will match prices from registered fabric retailers or wholesalers operating as a business or LLC. Please note, prices from individual sellers or unverified sellers on platforms like Etsy, eBay, Craigslist, or other similar online marketplaces are not eligible for price matching. Even if the seller is registered, we reserve the right to verify the nature of the business (see the section “Ineligible Sellers and Products” below for more details).

Product Criteria

The fabric must be identical in brand, model, and specifications (including color, pattern, and size) and currently available for sale by the competitor. Out-of-stock or discontinued items are not eligible for price matching.

Verifiable Pricing

To qualify for a price match, you must provide documentation of the lower price. This can be a printed advertisement, a screenshot, or a link to the competitor’s online listing. We will verify the information, including checking that the fabric is in stock and available at the stated price.

How to Request a Price Match

To submit a price match request, please email us at juliek@allaboutfabrics.com with the following information:

The link or advertisement from the competing retailer showing the lower price
Details of the product you wish to purchase from us

Once verified, we will match the price and beat it by 10%.

Ineligible Sellers and Products

Our Price Match Guarantee excludes the following:

Platforms with individual or unverified sellers: This includes sellers on Etsy, eBay, Craigslist, and other similar marketplaces, even if the seller is operating under a registered business name.
Auction sites: We do not price match listings from online auction websites or any sale that involves bidding.
Liquidation, bankruptcy, or going-out-of-business sales: Prices from these types of sales are not eligible for price matching.
Discount, clearance, or relocation sales: Prices associated with special promotions such as relocation events, clearance events, or similar discounted sales are excluded.

Additional Exclusions

Out-of-stock items: We do not match prices on fabrics that are out of stock or sold out at the competing store.
Sales tax and shipping: Prices matched will be based on the pre-tax total. Shipping costs may be considered when matching prices for online purchases.
Amazon, Walmart, and other large third-party marketplaces: We may, at our discretion, exclude prices listed by individual or unregistered sellers on these platforms.
Below-cost pricing: We reserve the right to refuse any price match request where the matched price would be below our cost. This clause exists to ensure sustainable and fair pricing practices.
