Fabric Cutting & Packaging

• Orders of 10 yards or less will be cut and folded.
  
• Orders of 11 yards or more will be folded in half and shipped rolled on a cardboard board.
  

Expedited Shipping

• Expedited shipping must be arranged through a customer service representative.
  
• A customer service representative will provide expedited shipping pricing.
  
• Expedited orders will ship only after expedited shipping charges are paid.
  
• Free shipping is not eligible for expedited shipping.
  

Shipping Availability

• Shipping is available to addresses within the United States and Canada only.
  

Carrier Responsibility

• Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, including UPS and USPS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
